I am pleased to announce the successful launch of the brand-new website for Luxury Lets North East, following a recent collaboration with the owner, Jennifer.
This was a comprehensive project for Elm Marketing Solutions, as I was responsible for both the initial logo and brand design and the subsequent website build. What set the work apart was the tangible dedication to quality. As these holiday lets are local, I have been able to observe the significant care and attention Jennifer invests in the business, ensuring every visitor enjoys a high standard of luxury and comfort during their stay.
Strategic Design and Client Empowerment
The primary objective was to ensure the digital presence accurately reflected the business's commitment to quality. The website was not simply a brochure; it was designed as a seamless user experience that reinforces trust, while also putting control back into Jennifer's hands.
Reflecting Standards: The final design focuses on high-resolution, authentic imagery and a clear layout, allowing the accommodation itself to convey the promise of luxury.
Prioritising User Flow: We concentrated on creating an intuitive, mobile-responsive structure to simplify the visitor journey from initial browsing to a confirmed booking.
Client Control and Training: Since Jennifer wanted some control over her platform, a key part of the handover involved providing comprehensive training. This ensures she can confidently make small updates when needed, maintaining the site's accuracy, while knowing that she can always come back to Elm Marketing Solutions for larger or more complex technical changes.
This project provided a solid opportunity to apply effective design and marketing principles to a local business with an excellent product, empowering the owner for day-to-day management.
