Like many food and drink businesses, Isabella's Coffee Shop in Shotley Bridge was forced to close their doors due to the first wave of Covid-19 leaving them fearful of their livlihood. Isabella's knew that having a website would be an important connection to their already established Facebook presence that would allow their customers to place a 'click and collect' order should they not be able to eat in store due to Covid-19.
Since the launch of their website in July 2020, Isabella's are now able to offer a variety of new offerings as a takeaway option including an Afternoon Tea and Christmas Wreath Making package, kids Halloween food bags and a variety on delicious homemade cakes, pies and sandwiches.
