I commissioned Melanie to do a new website for me about 3 and a half years ago. It was long overdue. I couldn't have been happier with the result - a professional, friendly site with lots of good information throughout. It is so easy to navigate and has a great blend of text and photographs/relevant videos. Melanie just had the knack of getting that balance absolutely right. The benefits have been ongoing. During the last 6 months I have taken 3 or 4 'cold' phone calls from people asking if I could help them get their estate planning in place. When I asked how they had got my details they all said they had googled 'will writers in my area' and then checked out the websites of the suggestions that came up. In all cases they had dismissed several before settling on mine because they got a 'good vibe' from it. They liked the information provided and being able to get a feel for the person through the great photography which had been used - obviously having a photogenic owner helped too!!!
I couldn't not pass this feedback onto Melanie to let her know what a great impact the website is still having on my business - even though I do need to update my photos!!
